The passionate founder of Kara Mia Venue Styling.

Kara has been in the event industry her whole life, starting with her Auntie Suzie’s bridal shop, where she worked with beautiful gowns and listened to clients’ needs.

Dressing brides at weddings, Kara learned the value of being reliable and approachable – always putting people at ease with her can-do attitude.

Kara’s eye for detail and creativity shines through in her work. She began styling boxing venues, and as she says, “if you can add style to a boxing event, you can create luxury anywhere.” Today, Kara and her team style luxurious weddings in Coventry and Warwickshire.

As unapologetic perfectionists, we style every detail with unrivalled attention to detail. Kara’s eye twitches if something isn’t right. As a family-run, independent business, we’re committed to being reliable and trustworthy. We make sure Kara-Mia is available and responsive from our first consultation to when we collect our things from your venue.

At Kara Mia Venue Styling, our Full Styling Service is tailored to offer comprehensive support and creative guidance throughout the design and planning journey of your event. We provide unlimited access to our extensive range of props and décor for hire, ensuring your celebration reflects your unique vision and style.

With our service, you can expect personalised attention to detail, from the initial consultation to the final touches on your special day. We take care of transporting all decorations to your venue and styling it with precision and care, infusing our magic wherever we go.

One of the benefits of our service is that it allows you to fully enjoy the morning of your event without worrying about setup or logistics. We handle everything from start to finish, including packing away and collecting items the next day, so you can embark on your post-celebration plans without delay.

Our process begins with an initial in person consultation or video call to discuss your ideas, followed by the creation of a moodboard and a bespoke quote that outlines all expenses transparently. Once you’re satisfied with the plan, you can secure your date and our services with a deposit.

With our Full Styling Service, you’ll enjoy:

– Full access to our luxury props and decorations

– Personalised and bespoke items, including signage

– Full setup and styling on the day of your event

– Changeover styling from ceremony to reception if needed

– Take down, pack away, and collection the following day

Additionally, we offer the option to collaborate with trusted wedding florists to incorporate fresh or dried florals into your styling plan, simplifying the process for you.

Please note that while we cater to various celebrations, we maintain a minimum spending requirement for our full styling services, ensuring we can deliver the level of excellence and attention to detail that your event deserves.
