Setting the Scene at The Meadow Barn
The Meadow Barn, adorned in white and green, set the stage for a memorable celebration. The colour scheme brought a sense of freshness and new beginnings to the atmosphere. Guests stepped into a winter wonderland where love and holiday spirit were intertwined.
Tammy had a clear vision of how she wanted her day to look and feel, and trusted us to execute this for her (which was a real compliment!)
The Details
- Real Candles: The soft, warm glow of real candles created a romantic and cozy ambiance at The Meadow Barn. The couple exchanged their vows in front of a row of candlelight, making it an enchanting moment in this rustic setting.
- Log Slices: Rustic log slices served as charming bases for gypsophila arrangements and candles, infusing a natural, rustic touch into the decor, in perfect harmony with the barn’s ambiance.
- Foliage: Faux green foliage was thoughtfully incorporated, adding texture and vitality to The Meadow Barn. It perfectly complemented the winter theme, evoking a sense of a snowy forest within the rustic surroundings.
- Hunter Green Napkins: Deep green napkins added a touch of regal elegance to the tablescape at The Meadow Barn. They beautifully contrasted with the rustic tables, and ivory chiffon table runners resembling the evergreen trees in a winter landscape.
- Glass Beaded Charger Plates: The glistening glass beaded charger plates added a touch of glamour, catching the light and enhancing the table setting’s elegance within the cozy barn setting.
- Grand Easel: The grand easel became a focal point for the ceremony, displaying the couple’s welcome sign and then table plan at The Meadow Barn, adding a grand touch to the proceedings while embracing the rustic charm of the venue.
- Rustic Arch: The rustic arch, adorned with faux greenery and gypsophila, served as a beautiful entrance to the ceremony. Later in the night at The Meadow Barn, it transformed into a selfie station, capturing memories in a charming setting.
We also created a bespoke faux foliage piece for the beautiful wrought iron staircase in the barn and nestled some logs with candles in to make a delightful styling focal point.
Personal Touches
The couple’s love story was intricately woven into every aspect of the wedding. With beautiful thank you notes at each place, and printed stationery that fitted into the theme beautifully.
Instead of traditional wedding favours, guests were gifted with handmade biscuits, a delightful and heartfelt gesture.
The wedding culminated with an amazing sparkler exit at The Meadow Barn, creating a dazzling and unforgettable conclusion to a day filled with love and enchantment in this rustic and idyllic setting.
